Almond Milk & Chia Seeds Pudding

Thanks to my wonderful friend, Marseeya, who introduced me to Chia Seeds and suggested that I make pudding out of it.  I created my own version of Almond Milk Chia Seeds Pudding, but this time it's with a heap of love....

Ingredients
2 1/2 cups almond milk
3 tablespoons agave nectar
1/2 cup chia seeds (3 ounces)
1/2 teaspoon finely grated lemon zest OR use a heap of love with
3-5 drops of doTERRA Lemon Essential Oil

Directions:
In a 1-quart of masonry jar, mix in the almond milk with the agave nectar.
Close the jar and shake to combine really well.
Add the chia seeds and lemon zest to the jar or Lemon Oil.
Close and shake some more.
Refrigerate until very thick and pudding-like,
at least 4 hours or overnight,
shaking or stirring occasionally.
Serve the pudding in bowls.

Prepare ahead
The pudding can be refrigerated for up to 3 days.

SERVE WITH
Citrus sections, diced mango, berries, almonds
and extra agave nectar for sweetness to your liking.
Definitely use your imagination here!
This is why I love this pudding because of its simple recipe
and you can add more toppings at the end!
It's perfect for breakfast on the go and for a refreshing snack!

*All ingredients are Organic

3-5 drops of doTERRA LEMON Essential Oil

Using Lemon Oil was more delicious than using an organic lemon zest
Add fresh organic fruits.
